Office Communications Assistant (m/f/d) 

part-time (50%). 


Your responsibilities include: 

- Providing administrative and organizational support to the management team, and in particular to the head of the “Science and Digital Infrastructure” division, regarding the Academies Program 

- Carefully prioritizing, processing, and forwarding documents, emails, and other information 

- Preparation of reports, documents, and minutes 

- Assistance with the preparation and follow-up of evaluations of research projects under the Academies Program 

- Assistance with organizing meetings, conferences, and events on-site 

- Communication and correspondence with internal and external partners 

- Management and maintenance of confidential documents and data 

- We reserve the right to assign additional or different tasks.
 

This is what sets you apart: 

- Completed vocational training in office administration 

- Preferably several years of professional experience in an administrative office or in similar positions 

- Strong proficiency in working with digital tools and relevant software (contact management software, websites, Word, Excel, Outlook, wikis, and similar programs) 

- Trustworthiness and a sense of responsibility 

- Openness, ability to work well with others, strong commitment, confident and friendly demeanor 

- Resilience and the ability to work independently and take initiative 

- Excellent command of German and good written and spoken English.
