The Young Academy | HAdW early-career researchers a space for interdisciplinary research and exchange among themselves and with the Academy’s members. The Young Academy | HAdW academic program HAdW in particular byits support for interdisciplinary projects and conferences.
Members are supported during the crucial career phase after their doctorate on their way to becoming full professors. They enrich the Academy's scientific profile with cutting-edge perspectives on current research approaches and methods.

At the WIN-Kolleg , young researchers from Baden-Württembergindependently leadinterdisciplinary projects. The WIN-Kolleg divided into WIN subprograms, typically lasting five years, which in turn comprise several research projects. Membership in WIN-Kolleg limited to the duration of active participation in one of the ongoing research topics.
The Akademie-Kolleg promotes dialogue between young and experienced researchers and across disciplines. Members of the Academy College include the Academy’s award recipients, alumni of the WIN College, and early-career researchers from Baden-Württemberg appointed by the Academy. Membership lasts for five years and may be extended once upon request.
TheWIN Conferences enable early-career researchers in Baden-Württemberg to host international, interdisciplinary conferences that they have designed and organized themselves.
