Nominations may be submitted from March 1 through June 30 of each year. Multiple nominations are permitted.
Who is allowed to make suggestions?
As a general rule, nominations may be submitted by members of the Academy as well as by senior officials of all academic institutions at universities and all non-university research institutes in the state of Baden-Württemberg. Self-nominations are not permitted. For detailed information on the nomination requirements, please refer to the pages for the respective award.
What needs to be submitted?
Please submit the following documents for your candidate for all awards:
Cover page
document- A justification of your proposal, no more than two pages long
- resume
- list of publications
- award-worthy work

Where should the documents be submitted?
